Rusty Healy’s attitude towards his customers, the community and his employees sets the tone for the entire operation of the company. Rusty has been an insurance professional since 1985 and holds licenses in Property and Casualty, Life, Health, Fixed Annuities and Series 6, which include mutual funds and variable products. He is an active member of St. Mathews Methodist Church where he plays the guitar in the Praise band. Rusty is also an active member of the Madison community and some of his involvement includes past President of the Madison Lions Club and past President of the Madison Chamber of Commerce where he was also named Volunteer of the Year. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Nationwide Insurance Advertising Council in Mississippi. Despite his commitment to the business and to the community, Rusty believes in balancing his duties with his personal life. Rusty has been happily married to his wife Ellen for 18 years and has 2 wonderful daughters, Nicole and Julialeigh and a cat named Bubbles. In his free time, Rusty enjoys golfing, working in his garden and going for bike rides with his daughters.

Dolores Snead is the Office Manager at the Rusty Healy Agency and her love of people has created a great customer service atmosphere at the company since 1999. Dolores also acts as a Customer Service Representative for the Automotive and Homeowners department and she is the person who handles automotive insurance sales.

Shawna is a Customer Service Sales Representative with the Rusty Healy Insurance Agency. Shawna has been in the insurance industry since 1997, obtaining her MS P&C license in 2002, CIC designation in 2006, and MS Life license in 2010 showing her commitment to the insurance field.  She services existing auto insurance policies and also assists Dolores with new auto quotes and submissions.  She also writes and services boat, ATV and motorcycle insurance policies.

Angela Lovorn performs a variety of duties for the Rusty Healy Agency. She works as the Homeowner Customer Service Representative where she also conducts the preparation of closing packages and assists with new business and sales in the Fire department. In addition to all the other duties on her roster, Angela also assists Donna Wade with the Brokerage lines.

As the front office receptionist, Nancy is your first contact with our agency and strives to set a welcoming, friendly atmosphere when clients visit our agency as well as assisting customers with incoming calls. Nancy directs customer calls to the appropriate customer service representative so that each customer's needs are handled promptly and professionally. Her other duties include processing payments and providing clerical support to our staff so that their full attention can be directed to our valued customers.

Donna Wade has been in the insurance business since 1987 and has been a great resource for her coworkers as well as to the agency customers. Donna believes that one of her more important duties is to please the customers, which is why she wears many hats in the office. Her duties include handling all commercial, fire and automotive surplus lines policies as well as an acting Homeowners Customer Service Representative and Homeowners Sales Associate. Donna also provides customer service support to the commercial clients for the agency.
